We welcomed Keelings fruit and Casey's Supermarket to St. Brigid's today. Neil from Keelings gave a very informative information session on fruit growing, alongside Ruth, their honeybee and their strawberry!!! The children certainly learned lots of amazing fruit facts. Ian and Irene from Casey's were also there to ask questions.....some lucky children won a cowboy hat!!! Keelings have donated £500 to our school, what a generous gift. We look forward to hearing what our school council decides to purchase with this donation. Each pupil AND staff member in St. Brigid's were given a punnet of fruit and a cooler bag. We thank Keelings and Casey's for a great morning.
